To avoid your personal documents being sent over insecure email they are uploaded to our encrypted data storage. Only our Compliance team have the ability to view your documents for up to 7 days before they are automatically erased. Your documents are not stored on the devices of our Compliance and Customer Services teams to reduce the handling of your personal information.
