My first order went smoothly from getting advice from Dan, and help from Sam when I had accidently ordered twice, Sam sorted this quickly and efficiently. My order turned up one day earlier than expected and was well packaged and protected.

Placed an order at nearly midnight on Wednesday, and it arrived lunchtime on Friday. Can't ask for quicker service than that. The tobacco was very well packed, and fresher than it is in my local brick-and-mortar shop. Very happy with my purchase: I'll definitely back.
Good quality stock sold at fair prices. Next day delivery available if you order before 2pm. All packaged very well for transport. No complaints and I would definitely purchase from them again.
First time ordering and what an exceptional experience! I contacted the customer care team and my questions were answered immediately. I placed my order, and the ID check was completed within minutes. My order arrived the next day and was very well packaged the cigars were even sealed in a humidor pouch with a Boveda pack included. The complimentary chocolate included was a nice touch!
Thought this was a great company when I fist stared buying from them. All orders over £100 select next day delivery for £1 at checkout what’s not to like. Yes it’s still on the website. Get to checkout and it’s nowhere to be seen. Only Royal Mail opinions. Also despite placing my order on a Sunday morning it was a Tuesday before order was shipped So sorry I will not be buying from them again. I will go back to the original company I bought from who keep there promises over any order over £50 free delivery and you get points with each order save and can use the points for money off. 2 stars because they do sell some interesting cigars.
First order arrived on time and even came with a welcoming mint chocolate which was a nice touch :). Recommended by my pipe smoking Dad who swears by them, cant argue with that.

Excellent customer service! Recently I received a free shipping code and it just so happened that I needed to buy more pipe tobacco…wanted to try GH American cherry vanilla but it was out of stock! I clicked on “notify me” and the next day Vicky from customer service emailed me that it’s back in stock! I know it’s just a small thing but it’s just so lovely that they’re paying attention!
